  • I'm a psychologist with a passion for understanding human behavior. I focused on women's health during my Master's degree and gained experience in eating disorder outreach. My doctoral program specialized in researching and treating eating disorders, and I trained at UC Berkeley in student mental health. Now, I specialize in maternal mental health, including postpartum depression, and support creative professionals, particularly writers, in their career journeys. I also provide prenatal parenting consultations to help parents navigate the emotional challenges of raising children.

  • Founder of Inbodied Life

Lauren graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College at Columbia University with a BA in Religion before completing her Masters in Social Work at NYU. Lauren focuses on the matrices that hold individuals, rejecting mainstream efforts to pathologize people as if their symptoms could be isolated from their environments.

Licensed as a clinical therapist in both New York and California, Lauren believes that life - and good psychotherapy - is psychedelic. She is trained by MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association of

Psychedelic Studies), the Ketamine Training Center and in the shamanic realms. Lauren feels honored to partner with plant and compound allies in her work, but will always hold loving relationships as the most important medicine, and the only one we all really need.

  • Psychedelic entrepreneur / KAP & IFS Lead Trainer

I am a certified and licensed psychedelic trauma therapist, merging novel technology, art and science. This alchemy fosters deep and enduring positive change. The world is in a psychological crisis, trauma is an epidemic, and mental healthcare is inaccessible for most. I develop novel approaches to healing by delivering therapy, speeches and interviews, training, retreats, virtual reality and mobile app content, and psychedelic exploration to optimize and expedite positive outcomes.

Utilizing effective and attuned communication and support, we can remove the blocks of trauma, cultural conditioning and self doubt. Then, the true self yearning to step forward is not only revealed, but activated. I serve to inspire all people, including therapy clients, mental health clinicians and other professionals through the exploration of consciousness and self actualization.
